BenQ’s InstaShow WDC20 wireless presentation solution brings intelligence to the process of information exchange and collaboration between parties. Consisting of a receiver, two broadcast buttons and a storage stand, this next-generation solution lets you share 4K content in seconds. A scalable system, this model supports the connection of up to 32 sharing buttons, so that each participant can quickly present their ideas, while the system’s low power consumption allows you to do your bit for the environment while conducting efficient business conferences.

Plug&Play: quick start 

Ready to use, this solution requires no software or complex installation to operate. Pair the receiver with the buttons using a wireless connection, and connect your presentation modules to your PC using the available dual USB-A + HDMI connector to start sharing on a computer with a single touch. This versatile system also supports sharing from a smartphone or tablet, with a simple download of the InstaShare app available on Android and iOS allowing you to share content wirelessly with just a few clicks.

Clever technical features 

A new generation model, this broadcasting system supports the simultaneous broadcasting of 4 different contents through the same screen thanks to the split screen system. This means that you can broadcast your content to the screen simultaneously via your smartphone or tablet, while a simple press of the “split” button on the PC buttons allows you to present your ideas via the same screen as your colleagues, up to a limit of 4. The LED indicators on the receiver and the split buttons allow you to see the connection status of your system at a glance using a simplified colour code.

Connectivity 

Upgrade your wireless presentation system with additional buttons. You can choose between USB + HDMI buttons (BENQWDC20BT) and USB-C modules (BENQWDC20BTC), the latter being universal brackets that work perfectly with each other and allow you to equip all types of computers.
