The new Fanvil X2P is a terminal created specifically for call-centres, with a classic design and high performance that greatly improves efficiency. It is designed to replace the phone. It connects to the IP line of the network. It is ideal for use in small Call Centres or Telemarketing departments. Its small size allows optimization of space at the tables.

Thanks to its 2.8 “colour screen you can navigate through the menu easily, it also supports headphones with RJ9 connection, 3.5mm jack and is compatible with wireless headphones (EHS support for Plantronics) .It also supports foot pedal for hanging / off-hook .

Its classic button design fits perfectly in a Call Centre environment.
