Konftel 300 Mx 4G is a mobile conference system that allows you to collaborate with up to 12 participants to create high-quality conferences. Thanks to its OmniSound sound technology, it delivers clear, natural sound that captures every detail of the conversation, making the dialogue more fluid. With HD audio support, automatic echo cancellation, and noise reduction, you get loud and clear sound!

How does it work?

It’s easy. It can be used in 2 ways. 

• Via analog connection: Ideal for making phone calls. All you have to do is insert your SIM card into the device, enter the PIN and it is connected to an analog line. The mobile operator’s network determines the number of participants in multi-party calls, but it is usually possible to connect up to six people. The conference guide, which stores the groups, allows you to call all parties simultaneously at the touch of a button. This a useful feature if you frequently make multi-party calls.
• Or via PC connection: When connected to a PC, the Konftel 300Mx 4G functions as a conference unit for VoIP calls and can be used for live web meetings with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Avaya IX Workplace and Unify Circuit.

And if that’s not enough, you can use the line selector to easily switch between mobile and USB connections or to merge calls.

Do you have the option to add additional microphones?

Yes, it allows you to connect up to 20 additional microphones to create larger meetings to double the reception area. The built-in microphone is omnidirectional up to 360° range. The range of the microphones for 12 persons is up to 30 m², but with the additional microphones for up to 20 persons, it is 70 m².

More intelligent functions are available

The recording function on SD memory cards is ideal for interviews, documentation, or simply as a reminder of important calls and meetings. In addition, it has further functions such as SMS and conference guide which offers detailed help for setting up conferences and conversation groups.
