Designed to revolutionize the world of small-group video conferencing as we know it, this system includes a Poly Studio video bar as well as a Barco ClickShare CX-30 . Suitable for medium- sized spaces , it is a combination of products with intelligent technologies that will allow you to carry out virtual conferences so naturally that you will forget the distance between the interlocutors.

Fully Plug & Play videoconferencing solution , its installation will only take you a few moments. Simply connect the Poly Studio to your computer or presentation screen via USB connection or via Bluetooth connection if you prefer wireless, to instantly start your meetings. The type of network you are operating on does not affect the set up of your video conferencing system, and there will be no need to purchase additional software to use it.

Simply connect the ClickShare button to your PC or use Wifi through your mobile device and the Barco system connects in seconds. You have two buttons with the CX 30 system, to share content via multiple devices simultaneously . Once the CX 30 module is connected, simply press the dedicated USB button to start collaborating . Forget about cables, pre-installation and delaying your meetings due to technical issues.

To reinforce the notion of proximity between interlocutors, the Polycom Studio incorporates high-performance visual features such as 4K UHD resolution , a 120° field of vision or even automatic speaker tracking . In addition, the ” automatic framing ” function will automatically adjust the shooting angle according to the number of participants in the room. As a result, no one will be left out of the conversations.

To make your sound experience as immersive as possible, Poly has made the decision to equip its Studio video bar with advanced audio features to allow you to hear and be heard clearly and distinctly in all circumstances. This notably involves a set of 6 beam microphones capable of capturing voices at 360° within a radius of 3.7m , in order to offer you exceptional sound quality. In addition, various intelligent sound technologies complete this videoconferencing solution, namely:

– Poly Acoustic Clarity technology which offers Full-Duplex conversations

– NoiseBlockAI technology which eliminates the noise pollution that may exist

– Poly Acoustic Fence technology , which only captures voices in a defined space in order to eliminate conversations outside the meeting.

With the Barco ClickShare CX 30 you can share your files, presentations and all the documents you need for your meeting by controlling your videoconference from the HUB CX 30. The system is compatible with all wireless meeting equipment . Cloud file management is also available. The system can connect to all your devices , be it a PC, a Mac or a smartphone. It is compatible with Zoom, Teams, Skype, BlueJeans, as well as with all other video conferencing software.
