At SoundCall Devices, we stand behind the quality of our professional communication equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most products within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unused and free from damage
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and licensing reasons:
- Headsets (including Call Centre Headsets, Corded Headsets, and Jabra Headsets)
- Headset accessories
- Licenses and Warranties (once activated)
Returns Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Exchanges Process
Follow the same steps as the returns process, clearly stating in your email that you wish to exchange the item and specifying the replacement product you desire.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
